ZDHC Foundation

ZDHC was established in 2011 by Adidas, C&A, H&M, Li Ning, Nike, Puma to decrease harmful chemical waste in textile industry. Today ZDHC has grown and has already 169 brands from around the world.

ZDHC organization provides a list of websites, services, and tools. We develop a brand architecture that serves as a structure of brands within an organizational entity. It defines how brands within a company's portfolio are related to and differentiated from one another. Having a clear overview of brand architecture helped us tremendously further in web development.

ZDHC organization business is highly technical and covers many textile chemical waste management industry areas. They struggled to create a precise positioning and structure. To address that, we organized a workshop and developed detailed brand positioning guidelines from which companies all communication starts. We created a mission, vision, manifesto and defined their Why, How, What, and other brand elements.

ZDHC organization had a goal to be easily identified in the industry. Brand identity is the unique personality, image, and appeal of a product or service. We created a distinctive visual identity expressed through a company's logo, tagline, website design, campaigns, and marketing materials.

ZDHC organization provides a list of platforms and services with different products but are interconnected. We built a series of websites and landing pages that create several user journeys for each of the target groups. We developed SOPs for web development and digital project management.

ZDHC organization had the challenge of aligning its project management system between all departments. All communication was in person or by email while projects were scattered over hundreds of excel sheets. After extensive research, we chose the Asana project management system. All projects and SOPs were imported in Asana, which serves as a single source of truth and provides project progress, related documents, tasks, and communication.
